Our Policies

• Studio access is strictly based on your confirmed booking hours. Please respect start and end times.

• Outdoor Shoes are not permitted inside the studio space.

• Food and beverages are not allowed only in studio space.

The studio is monitored by security cameras for safety, theft prevention, and policy enforcement. Cameras are placed in visible locations and do not record bathrooms or changing areas. 

NOTE: Footage from security cameras are only available upon request from legal entities.

All renters are responsible for any damage caused during their time in the studio. Any furniture, mirrors, equipment, or decor broken or stained must be reported and may be charged accordingly. Maaya Nilaa does not take responsibilty for any personal injury during the booking.

Photos/videos taken in the space may be reposted by the studio for social media or promotional purposes, unless requested otherwise

The studio is a shared creative space. Please treat it, and others, with care and respect. Loud music should be kept at reasonable levels to avoid disturbance.

If you’re hosting your own class or event, please provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Maaya Nilaa Arthaus as insured. 

All bookings at Maaya Nilaa Arthaus are non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, bookings are fully transferable, you may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend.
